At VMD Research, we’re on a mission to create tools that help everyday people make sense of social media analytics.

The idea for VMD Research began at home, when my daughter was trying to figure out how the algorithms on her TikTok and YouTube pages worked. She wanted to understand why certain posts performed better than others, what trends to watch for, and how to grow her audience.

As we explored the complexities of social media platforms together, we realized there wasn’t an easy, user-friendly tool that could break down this data in a meaningful way. That’s when we decided to build our own app — one designed to help people like my daughter (and others) research trends, spot opportunities, and make smarter content decisions.

Our website reflects the early stages of that vision. We’re still in development, working hard to create an app that’s simple, insightful, and accessible to creators, parents, and anyone curious about how social media really works.
